Since the "nouvelle cuisine", quite a few western chefs have been inspired by Southeast Asian regions. Today, Japan in particular attracts the special attention of our progressive chefs.
Japan's isolation means that artisanal traditions in the Land of the Rising Sun will always be preserved. That is why they still make top products there that simply cannot be found elsewhere.

Ali-import found its way to the producers of artisan products. The purchase of superior products is not easy. The system is very complicated and self-protective. The intention is that the own population can enjoy these products in the first place and that these ingredients are delivered to the chefs of the gastronomic temples.

For example, there is "wasabi" and real wasabi. Almost all the tubes on the market contain green dye. But only a handful of companies in Japan work with the real stuff.

The range of our products is broad but not exhaustive; we strive to source new products all the time.

The world has shrunk a bit today; yet it is not easy to buy Japanese top ingredients here. That is why we would like to give you the following:
